I would probably pick tail over wings simply because I prefer canine over bird. Being part bird would suck... But on the other hand, maybe I would pick a second pair of eyes somewhere... mwahaha...

Yeah, but it really depends on what they're doing. If it's something I don't mind trying, or don't care about, sure. If it goes against my few morals, no.
