Mexican Layer Dip Ingredients - 1 can refried beans
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- Chopped tomatoes, lettuce, olives, onion, and any other Mexican type flavors such as jalapenos to choice
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Directions In serving dish (approximately 12-14 inches in diameter) spread refried beans. Mix sour cream with taco season and layer on top of beans. Shred lettuce, chop tomatoes and other chosen ingredients and layer on top of sour cream mixture. Top off dip with cheese. Serve with tortilla chips for an easy, tasty dip! I found this on an internet site. I love Mexican food, and this sounds really great!
