I like Techno and Pop the best. After those it has to be rock. lol ^^. Techno has this constant pulsing beat that's why I love it..it's great to dance to, and it's fun to mix songs up. Pop is close to techno, but also to rock too.

I have listened to all types of music... I have to agree with rock however. I'm slowly being more tolerable to other types of music, and I can listen to anything.
I just don't like what rap has evolved (or did it go the other way around?) into what it is today.

Well, no, I don't believe you're retarded no... you think a bit too well for that. "Rock & Roll" sounds like early rock though. Like 50's to 60's.

HA HA ASPEN I knew there was a difference. Thanks. Try telling some of my friends that. lol. (ASPEN! jj) There could be a difference... but they could also be the exact same thing. It depends on how you look at it. You know, if you're going to open a poll you should put all of the options. You left out a lot of genres... you could have at least put an other choice. Rock is really the only thing I have to choose seeing as how punk, ska, and alternative aren't up there.

What is ska? I know I dont make polls very well. =( I always leave out stuff. Im not gonna make many polls. This and the sports polls are perfect examples of this.

Ska is basically punk with instrumental accompanyment like trumpets and stuff. Usually upbeat negative songs like "Don't Start A Band!"
