I was just wondering what your thoughts were on bullying/harassment?
Bullying has led to many school shootings over the past few years.
Do you think there is a way that schools can prevent this from happening by giving stricter rules to students?
What kind of rules or other ideas do you think would help this problem?
Have you ever been bullied or harassed?
How did it make you feel, or did you do anything about it?

make sure the "bullies" are in seperate classes then the "Bullied" would b a good idea. sadly every year i have atleast 1 class where im stuck in a room full of em.

So tired... just got back from band competition. I'll put my two cents in more later. But it would be nice if choosing classes had more to do with the people you would be in there with. Also, if school was optional, many of the people who are considered bullies probably wouldn't even go.

awwwww... hey there are few ppl that mentally/emotionally bully ppl. closest to me actually fighting for myself was last year when someone said something about my DEAD brother *mourns*

AWWW I know how that feels. I had 2 sisters but they died when they were born. But they would both be older than me 1 would be like 23 I think.
Bullying well where di I start...People that bully other people are just stupid and retarded. Peoiple that bully others should be in a room together and let them beat the crap out of each other. I hate them. Most are people that bully others to hide their true feelings.

1. Aspen-Did your book ur reading (Nineteen minutes) spark this conversation
2. Bobert-Do you remember last year when Benton and them were standing outside the band hall and wouldnt let you leave because they were gonna whoop ur butt. (I know that sounds wrong but i meant as in beating him up)

aye all because i threw a bottle at them and bounced off 3 heads
i was thinkin 2 things at that time
1) cool BOMUS POINTS for bounces and...
2) o crap they see me.....HIDE! (in miss headricks rooom)
i had to have like a body guard that day i went from miss headricks to band protected (cant rememebr by who) and from band room to bus (by leslie and i think a couple others)

I'm not sure if I was reading that book at the same time or what. But if I was, then yeah it probably had something to do with it. I'm still reading on that book, and let me say, it is very good. I think they should make everyone in high school read it. They would, hopefully, learn something from it.  |
